As the year ends, I like to reflect on some of my goals I had for ‘08 and see what I accomplished (or didn’t) as well as write some new ones for ‘09 so here we go.
Goals I Achieved
Liquid Fast
Traveled (Philly, Jersey, Prague, Vienna, Budapest, Boston, Martha’s Vineyard, Jamaica, and NY)
Went on the wagon (and stayed on) several times
Swam with Dolphins
Redid kitchen: added stainless steel appliances, disposal, dishwasher and ceiling lights (all thanks to Rogelio).
Took intermediate/advanced cooking lessons
Reached my goal in savings
Not on my ‘08 list but definitely on my lifetime list of achievements is my viral video success with the Wii Fit Girl
Goals I Didn’t
Sky Dive
Go to Macworld (and boy do I regret not going now that Steve is pretty much retired)
For 2009
Needless to say, do everything I didn’t do and everything I did more frequently
More traveling – both domestic and international. On my list domestically: Sonoma, Washington and Vegas. International: Canada, Iceland and Thailand
Go to Epcot Center with friends and drink a beer in every country. (M, can I crash at your place?)
Mohawk at 30
Go to Comic-Con with Dave
Build iChatHelp.com as well as revamping Ionic Studios v.4 and GioGutierrez.com v.2
Meditate and work out more frequently
Learn to climb (indoor gym in Miami)
Run a 5k marathon (might need inspiration from Naty)
Cook more Indian food
Create an iPhone app
